Return & Refund Policy

At RutlandRoots, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Color variations due to screen settings
  • Accidental orders

Please review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Exempt Goods for Returns

  • Items on Sale
  • Items purchased for holidays (which cannot be returned within four weeks of the related holiday)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please email us at crbulloch@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement item (when available), or
  • Store credit for the value of the item

We do NOT offer refunds.

Refunds

RutlandRoots does NOT offer refunds. Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be resolved through a replacement item or store credit only.

Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed for fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.
