Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
RutlandRoots is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, eligible claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages may qualify for a replacement item or store credit, subject to review.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
